She has held the seat inside global organizations and on the service-provider side of the table — which means she knows exactly where the leverage is, and where the costs hide. That perspective is what clients are buying: not just execution, but the judgment to know which decisions are worth fighting for.
Her work spans vendor procurement and transition, day-to-day facilities and property oversight, lease abstraction and administration, acquisition and disposition transactions, and the change management that determines whether any of it actually lands with the people affected.
